UK orders of £100 or more qualify for Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery at no extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY — NO IMPORT CHARGES ON DELIVERY

DDP (DELIVERED DUTY PAID)

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for the destinations below. Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you know the total cost before placing your order, with no additional import charges to pay on delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched from Monday.

SHIIPING DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates. Occasionally, delays can happen because of circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays or incorrect delivery information.

Please keep any packaging if your parcel arrives damaged, as the carrier may require photographs or other information.
