PRODUCTS
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are accurate. Natural materials such as wool and alpaca can have slight variations in colour, texture and appearance. These are part of their character and are not normally considered faults.
PRICES
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
The price shown is the total price you pay for the product, excluding any delivery charges shown separately at checkout. Where applicable, taxes are included in the prices shown.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
ORDERS
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched.
We may need to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
SHIPPING
We deliver within the UK and to selected international destinations.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees.
For international orders, any duties and taxes will be shown at checkout where our delivery service is able to calculate and collect them. If they are not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for them.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@cleaverbank.co.uk before returning it. We will put things right, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
PRODUCT CARE
Please follow the care instructions provided with your product. Natural fibres such as wool and alpaca need appropriate care to keep them looking and performing their best.
